Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized items (unless there is a defect in the product).
- Gift cards.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@slayvibes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@slayvibes.com.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@slayvibes.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
